If you have to cancel your order. We will charge you a 70.00 restocking fee. Please make sure you choose the correct product.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL .Due to the nature of our product (virgin wefted hair) and the possibilities of incorrect installs, unprofessional coloring, deciding not to seal wefts, washing, combing, brushing and any other procedure that alters the hair REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE. All sales are final. Please make sure you order correctly. Provide your exact and correct address. Read all information provided on our site. And make a knowledgeable decision when ordering.
Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut). We suggest that you inspect the hair without opening the bundles to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.
TEXTURE DISCLAIMER – Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos above will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. However, all wavy and curly products are processed for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.
COLOR DISCLAIMER – Since our products are not processed or colored, our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of 1B (Off Black). We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring the hair. Our hair is able to withstand coloring.
Onina’s Kiss reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies, sales and events. It is advisable to check our page sporadically for changes.
Although the money may have left your account it takes a minimum of 3 business days for the payment to be completed. Before you check out please make sure that is the hair you want. Once purchase is complete no changes will be made.

Once mailed the package will arrive in 5-10 DAYS via DHL. We’ve been told it comes earlier than that. ONCE MAILED I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE.

Adverse weather may cause a delay in shipping. If this happens, we apologize for any delays but cannot control the weather and will not be responsible for any delays nor will any refunds on the cost of shipping nor the cost of a purchase be refunded.

IF ADDRESS IS NOT CONFIRMED PROCESSING MAY BE PLACED ON HOLD OR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED WITH A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PENALTY. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder or credit card holder. In most cases, when a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed.
